立达设计奖主办方组委会联动参赛者和社会多方面资源进行乡村校园公益改造，以设计反哺教育，让大学生设计师参与到乡村教育的支援和拓展中。邀请联合国人口基金青年使者、演员胡先煦担任赛事公益联合发起人，与大赛战略合作伙伴共同发起乡村校园公益改造项目，设置赛事公益类命题——为陕西省西安市高陵区东张市小学校区进行改造设计，满足乡村校园空间全方位育人需求。

The organizer committee of the Lida Design Award allow participants to carry out public welfare renovation of rural with various social resources. Use design to enhance education, let college students participate in the support and expansion of rural education. The committee invited Xianxu Hu, a young Chinese actor and advocate of UNFPA as the co-sponsor. Hu jointly launched the rural campus public welfare renovation project with the strategic partners of the design competition and set up the public welfare topics: the Dongzhang primary school campus renovation in Gaoling district, Xi’an city, Shanxi province.

大赛还设置校园公益改造项目，与赛事联合发起人、中国美术学院建筑设计研究院院长王铁以及全球青年设计师对山东省沂南县湖头镇的定点扶贫小学姜家庄联小进行设计改造。

The competition also contains public welfare renovation projects of school campus. The contestants will have the chance to design and transform the poverty alleviation primary school in Shandong province with one of the co-sponsors, Tie Wang, which is the director of the institute of architectural design of the Chinese Academy of Fine Arts, and other young designers around the world.

大赛简介及宗旨

随着中国高等教育对外开放不断扩大，中国设计也经历了从传统到当代、从国际到本土的演变历程，折射出中国改革开放时代观念转变、实践不止的文化气象。当前，国内外设计大奖林立，设计教育发展迅速，国际化设计人才紧缺，为深入贯彻落实《教育部关于切实加强新时代高等学校美育工作的意见》，中国建筑装饰协会、台湾室内设计专技协会、新加坡室内设计协会、北京北方阳光文化慈善基金会举办首届立达国际大学生校园设计大赛，希望“以大爱之心育莘莘学子，以大美之艺创传世之作”，提升学子审美素养和精神境界，激发学子的创新活力和创造精神。

大赛以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导，深度聚焦行业顶尖资源、应用型人才培养、科技创新、产品研发的有机融合，坚持以人为本，坚持守正创新，以国际化和市场化为主导，以创新性、专业性、应用性为基础，着力打造以“产学研”结合为特色的国际大学生设计品牌年度盛会，汇聚海内外优秀设计资源，挖掘、培育新生代原创设计力量，展示青年学子设计才华，激发校园文化创新创造活力，引导创意设计贴近时代、融入校园、绿色可持续，提高大学生的创新精神、实践能力和综合素质，提升校园生活品质，推动设计教育的纵深发展。

Introduction & purpose

With the continuous expansion of Chinese higher education to the outside world, Chinese design has also experienced an evolutionary process from traditional to modern, from international to local. The whole process reflects the transformation of ideas and the cultural atmosphere of unlimited practice in the era of China’s reform and opening up. Nowadays, thequantity of design awards is stand in great numbers, and design education is developing rapidly, however, the international design talents are scarce. For implementing the Opinions of the Ministry of Education on Strengthening the Aesthetics Education of Institutions of Higher Education in New Era, theChina Architectural Decoration Association, the Taiwan Interior Design Specialist Association, the Singapore Interior Design Association and the Beijing Northern Sunshine Charity Foundation, jointly held the first Lida International College Student Campus Design Competition. The committee hope to cultivate students with love, create high-quality products with beauty, improve students’ aesthetic and spiritual world, and stimulate students’ innovative vitality and creativity.

The competition guides by President Xi’s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, focuses on the top resources of the industry, the cultivation of applied talents, scientific and technological innovation, and the integration of product research, adheres to people-oriented and positive innovation. Take internationalization and marketization as the leading role, focus on creating a brand international college student design competition featuring innovation, professionalism and application. Gather excellent design resources, dig and cultivate the original design ability of new generation, show the talent of youth in design, stimulate the creativity of campus cultural innovation, guide creative design to be close to the trend, integrate students’ creativityinto campus and be green and sustainable. Improve the innovative spirit, practical ability, comprehensive quality, campus life quality of college students, and promote the development of design education.

Theme of competition

“original aspiration” – touch the world with design

Description:

Thecompetition advocates adherence to the original aspiration of design and integration and development. Promote the blend of Chinese and foreign cultures by building an international design exhibition platform for youth college designers around the world. Strengthen education with design, practice public welfare with education, and let the design concept of contestants start from the heart, and become a new starting point for participants toward their career and life.

海内外普通高等学校在校生均可同时参加非命题类、命题类、公益类赛事。

Participants

All students (both foreign and domestic) in general institutes of higher education could participate in non-propositional, propositional and public welfare competitions at the same time.

贝建中，国际建筑大师，1968年在哈佛大学以优异成绩获得物理学士学位，1972年毕业于哈佛大学设计研究院，获得建筑学硕士学位。身为贝聿铭的次子，他在成长受教时期中，师承了父亲设计创作重大与永久性建筑所必需的远见卓识、责任感与专业水准。

Bei Jianzhong, a master of international architect, received a bachelor's degree in physics from Harvard University with excellent results in 1968 and a master's degree in architecture from Harvard University's Design and Research Institute in 1972. As the second son of Ieoh Ming Pei, he developed the vision, sense of responsibility and professional standard during his growing up and being taught, which was necessary for his design and creation of major and permanent buildings.

刘荣禄（Louis Liou），台湾室内设计协会理事长及刘荣禄国际空间设创始人。设计语汇为「时尚东方先锋艺术」，作品连续多年荣获世界指标性奖项如德国German Design Award、iF及红点大奖、英国Andrew Martin等，被设计界誉为「空间叙事诗人」。

Louis Liou is President of Taiwan Interior Design Association and founder of Liu Ronglu International Space Design. The Design vocabulary is "fashion Oriental avant-garde art". His works have won the world famousawards for many years, such as German Design Award, iF and Red Dot Award, And Andrew Martin of the UK, etc., and are praised as "spatial narrative poet" by the Design industry.

王铁，中央美术学院建筑设计研究院院长、教授、博士生导师。荣获1999年建国50周年成就展设计制作奖最佳设计制作奖授奖单位、2006中国光华科技基金会设计贡献奖风云人物银质奖、2008年保二路建筑及景观整治优秀城乡规划成果二等奖、2014年中国年度设计人物、2016年03月荣获中国设计导师勋章等荣誉。

Wang Tie is the President, professor and doctoral supervisor of the Architectural Design and Research Institute ofCentral Academy of Fine Arts. He was awarded in 1999 the 50th anniversary of the founding of an exhibition design award for best design prize award units;China Guanghua science and technology foundation design award;China's annual design characterin 2014 , awarded the medal of Chinese design supervisorin March 2016, etc.

日本千叶大学博士、暨南大学理工学院副教授、株式会社日比野设计和坂茂大师中国合伙人、深圳未来学校主设计师、学校设计国际知名大师、2010年世博会日本馆主设计师。

Doctor of Chiba University, Associate professor of Institute of Technology, Ji 'nan University, Partner of Japan Bisono Design and Shigeru Banpo Design co., LTD., principal designer of Shenzhen Future School, international famous master of school design, chief designer of Japan Pavilion for 2010 World Expo.

王胜杰，亚太设计师联盟国际理事。

陈德坚，毕业于英国De Monfort University 的室内设计系，持有文学学士学位。曾经在曼彻斯特著名设计公司及其他著名设计公司工作, 並曾任香港室内设计协会会长和曾任香港设计中心董事之职。

Chen Dejian holds a BACHELOR of Arts degree in interior Design from De Monfort University in the UK. He has worked for famous design companies in Manchester and other famous design companies. He was the President of Hong Kong Interior Design Association and a director of Hong Kong Design Centre.

周珉，北京北方投资集团总建筑师。国家一级注册建筑师，高级建筑师，美国PMP注册项目管理师。擅长各类商业项目、住宅项目、文旅项目、文化教育等项目的策划及设计。所负责的项目曾获长城杯、詹天佑、鲁班奖等。

Zhou Min is the chief architect of Beijing North Investment Group. National first-class registered architect, senior architect, US PMP registered project manager. He is good at the planning and design of various commercial projects, residential projects, cultural tourism projects, cultural education and other projects. The project in charge has won the Great Wall Cup, Zhan Tianyou Prize, Luban Prize, etc.
