昆山杜克大学由美国杜克大学和中国武汉大学在江苏省昆山市合作创办，旨在开创世界一流的综合性研究型大学。2021-2022年，昆山杜克大学计划在自然和应用科学、社会科学、艺术与人文科学等领域招募30位本科教师，具体招聘信息请见昆山杜克大学官网“工作机会”。

昆山杜克大学没有传统的院系设置，而是鼓励教师在跨学科领域进行教学与研究。本科生毕业后将获得昆山杜克大学学士学位与美国杜克大学学士学位，他们将是以知识集成和多学科融合为鲜明特色的通识博雅教育的积极参与者。学校入学竞争激烈，录取率低于8%，学生来自50多个国家。

目前，昆山杜克的教师团队来自18个国家。学校欢迎女性、未被充分代表的群体以及来自多元文化背景的申请者。

Now Hiring:30 UG faculty positions at Duke Kunshan University

Duke Kunshan University (DKU), a collaborative partnership of Duke University and Wuhan University, has 30 tenured, tenure-track and lecturer positions for AY 2021-22 in fields across the natural and applied sciences, social sciences, and arts and humanities.

Faculty teach and conduct research in interdisciplinary clusters unconstrained by traditional departmental silos. Students receive a DKU and a Duke degree and are active participants in an integrated liberal arts and sciences experience.

Currently, DKU has faculty from over 18 different countries; we welcome applications from women, underrepresented groups and candidates from diverse cultural backgrounds. A highly selective institution with an acceptance rate of <8%, the current student body represents over 50 countries.

DKU provides internationally competitive compensation, housing allowance, annual discretionary funds, and a startup package and child education benefits for applicable faculty positions.

Our campus in Kunshan is 37 miles west of Shanghai. A 20-minute high-speed train service connects the two cities. Phase 2 of our LEED-certified campus, now under construction, will provide expanded access to superior research facilities.
