Hello, everybody. I'm Li Hua.Today mytopic is how to eat in a healthy way.
Firstly, we should never eat fried foodor foods with lots of sugar because they are not good for health.Secondly, tryto eat more vegetable s and fruit.Because they can make us become muchhealthier.
My eating habits are good.For example, Ioften eat healthy foods, like wholemeal bread, eggs, vegetable s and milk forbreakfast and rice, noodles, and vegetable s for dinner.
