技术合同

中英文书写，双方各执1份为凭。 13．3 双方同意与执行本合同有关的一切联系均使用中文或英文进行。凡属正式通知以挂号信邮寄一式两份。 13．4 本合同的有效期为甲方用乙方提供的专有技术及设备生产和制造出合格的合同产品后60个月。合同有效期满，无须任何手续，则本合同自动失效。 13．5 本合同期满时，双方发生的债权债务，不受合同期满的影响，债务人应对债权人继续偿付未了债务。 13．6 本合同附件一至附件六是本合同不可分割的一部分，与合同正文具有同等效力。 13．7 本合同条款的任何改变，修改或增减，均需经双方协商同意后双方授权各自的代表签署书面文件，作为本合同不可分割的一部分，与合同其他条款一样具有同等的效力。 13．8 与本合同有关的所有技术文件和技术资料均用英文书就。
