国际护士节 International Nurses Day(一)

Everybody admire doctors so much, for they save people’s lives and like the angels, while the special group who assists doctors in finishing their jobs should not be forgotten, they are the nurses and they are angels, too. The international Nurses Day is coming and they deserved enjoying their own day.

My aunt is a nurse and she loves her job so much. She always needs to work at night, she told me that though it was a little tired but she felt proud of what she did. In 2003, the horrible disaster of SARS attacked China, at this dangerous moment, my aunt never thought about quitting her job, she stayed at the hospital all the time. A lot of nurses like my aunt are so great, they are doing the ordinary work but they are not ordinary.

These lovely group deserve to have a day of their own. The public shows respect to them and sends their best wishes to them. I adore the nurse like my aunt so much, they are the real heroes in my eyes.

每个人都敬佩医生,因为他们拯救人们的生命，就像天使一样,然而有那么一群特殊的群体，她们协助医生完成工作，不应该被忘记,她们是护士，也是天使,。国际护士节即将来临,她们值得去享受属于自己的一天。

国际护士节 International Nurses Day(二)

The May 12th, is known as International nurses day, this day is set up in memory of Florence Nightingale. Florence Nightingale is the legend in the field of medicine. From 1854 to 1856, there was a war between Anglo-French allied force and Russia, many soldiers died in this world due to poor caring condition. As a nurse, Nightingale made up her mind to change this situation. She and others nurses paid more attention to the wounded nursing and nutrition. After half year of hard working, the death rate had dropped down to 2.2%, then the whole Europe known about this. In the year of 1860, she set up the first nurse school in England, and cultivated many excellent nurses. Because of her contribution, lots of patients recovered soon.

After Nightingale passed away, the International Council of Nurses decided that May 12th is the nurse day. Her spirit, love, patience, care and responsibility, has become the service principles of the whole world nurses. To be a nurse, is not only a job, but also a career. This year, the main theme of the nurse day is Nurses: Nurses: A Force for Change-A vital resource for health.

In my humble opinion, the whole society should respect the nurses and show our thanks to them. Because of them, the patients can recover sooner and better. Without them, this world can be different. I wish every nurse is healthy and happy.

In 2003, the horrible disease SARS attacked China and many people suffered from it and died. At that time, the news reported many nurses were infected, but they never gave up any patient. The public saw the great sacrifice of the nurses and they showed great respect to them. Every year, May 12th is the International Nurses Day, it reminds the public of the greatness of nurses. Indeed, thanks to them, patients get well treatment and recover soon. The founder of nurse major is a lady from England named Florence Nightingale. In the year 1854, she took 38 nurses to the war areas to save a lot of wounded lives. In 1860, she opened the first nursing school and passed the nursing knowledge to the world. Her contribution deserved being remembered all the time, so it is the most important meaning of Nursing Day.
